SuperM has recently talked about their return with their first full-length album and its title track "One (Monster & Infinity) "!

SuperM held an online press conference just two hours before their highly-anticipated comeback, to talk about their upcoming studio album "Super One."

When SuperM was asked to describe their hopes with the album, the group members remarked that they want to show the meaning behind SuperM's existence." Kai expressed that even though they are all from different groups, they want to show off their unity as a team and what kind of synergy they have through their first studio album."

SuperM went on to share that the uplifting message—that they are all unique in our way ("Super") and that they have their strengths ("One") are all tied in the songs of their album. "The title also alludes to the way we can surmount obstacles by joining together as "One."

Kai explained that their new album bears their message of hope, which includes many different genres of music, and there is one key message that permeates the entire album. He went on to say that the people are now living through a difficult time. And with the unfortunate circumstances, Kai encouraged their fans to come together as one to overcome it.

The group's new title track "One" is a hybrid remix of two different B-sides from the album, "Monster" and "Infinity." With Taemin pointing out that the structure, he shared that their release was similar to SHINee's iconic 2012 hit "Sherlock," which also combined two different songs ("Clue" and "Note").

Baekhyun commented as to what they considered the critical point of their choreography. He said that there's a part in the chorus where they point up and down with our fingers. It's a dance move that means that we're always heading up to higher things, never down. "Our calling card is our energetic dance performances, and I think that strength of ours shines through in 'One.'"

SuperM On ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’

SuperM, on September 23, staged the first performance of their new title track on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show"!

On the Wednesday episode, SuperM heat up the stage of Ellen as the group was featured performing "One (Monster & Infinity) on the American daytime talk show. The song is the title track to their first full album titled "Super One," a mix of two other songs.
