B.O.Y.'s Song Yu Vin lately made a significant contribution of masks to underprivileged kids.

B.O.Y.'s agency, The Music Works, reported on August 29, "After concluding his live video special activity last month for his solo track 'Through Love,' Song Yu Vin provided masks via ChildFund Korea on August 28."

Song Yu Vin hosted an event last month in partnership with Kyowon Group, where he decided to donate one mask for every ten views on his "Through Love" clip. Song Yu Vin and Kyowon Group made their mask contribution through ChildFund Korea, after racking up all the clip streams.

Song Yu Vin said, "It's a pleasure to have taken part with my solo record in such a significant event. I will continue to express that same kind of love at any opportunity in the future." In a post that featured him smiling with his certificate of sponsorship, Song Yu Vin wrote, "Thanks to you all, I was capable of completing the mask challenge with greatness." (via Soompi)

ABOUT SONG YU VIN

Song Yu-bin is an actor and musician. He is mainly remembered as a Superstar K6 and Produce X 101 competitor, and is among the South Korean group's main singers, Myteen. He is now participating as a part of the B.O.Y. team, preceding Myteen's dissolution in 2019. Song made his solo breakthrough with his digital track "It's You To The Bone" on May 30, 2016.

He debuted as an actor in the Age of Youth 2016 drama. He also became the lead male actor, alongside Kwon Mina, in the 2-episode series Loss Time-Life in February 2019.

Meanwhile, Yu-bin performed for the drama and performed its O.S.T. From March 2019 to July 2019. Yu-bin also appeared in the competition show Produce X 101 with his colleague Kim Kook-heon, where he went on to the ultimate round of the competition where he eventually placed 16th.
