Former girl group UNI.T member Lee Suji is set to tie the knot.

On the 5th, Lee Suji shared on her personal social media, "The new season of 2023 is approaching, and it's my favorite season, autumn. I wonder how everyone is doing. The past year and this year have been truly special and surprising times for me," posting a long handwritten letter.

She continued, "I've had the most precious dream," unexpectedly announcing her upcoming wedding. She revealed, "I met someone who has loved me consistently, and we're getting married this October. My fiancé is like the father I always wanted to meet when I was young. He resembles my father's tenderness, meticulousness, and warm heart. He taught me how to express love, shows me love through dedication, and makes every day of my life feel like a romantic movie. Though neither of us is perfect, we aim to complete each other."

Anticipating the shock from fans who've watched her grow since her early debut, Suji expressed, "I picked up the pen with a trembling heart, thinking many would be surprised by the sudden news. But knowing that you've been with me through every moment of my life with love, I write with joy." She added, "Thank you for always supporting singer Lee Suji, actress Lee Suji, and just the person Lee Suji."

Lee Suji debuted in 2015 with the girl group The Ark and later re-debuted with the project girl group UNI.T, formed through KBS 2TV's 'Idol Rebooting Project: The Unit' in 2017.
