IVE Continues to Showcase Popularity with 12-Week Streak on Billboard Global Charts
The girl group IVE is proving their long-lasting popularity.
According to the latest charts (as of June 24th) announced by the American music media outlet, Billboard, on the 21st (local time), IVE made their mark on the global charts with the double title tracks, "I AM" and "Kitsch," from their first full album, 'IVE IVE.'
Firstly, IVE's "I AM" secured the 52nd spot on the 'Billboard Global 200' chart, marking their successful 10-week streak on the chart.
On the 'Billboard Global Excl. U.S.' chart, "I AM" continues its 10-week run at 25th place, while "Kitsch" ranks at 110th, marking a 12-week streak on the chart. This long-running success showcases IVE's global influence.
Their success is not limited to overseas charts. IVE's double title tracks, "I AM" and "Kitsch," are maintaining high positions on the real-time charts of major domestic music sites. For the second week of June (June 12-18, 2023) on Melon and Genie's weekly charts, "I AM" ranked 2nd, while "Kitsch" took 4th place on Genie and 5th on Melon.
Moreover, despite the official conclusion of their album promotions, IVE continues to show their unwavering popularity. This was demonstrated when they achieved a reverse 1st place win with "I AM" on SBS's 'Inkigayo' on the 18th.
IVE is currently continuing to meet their Asian fans through their first fan concert, 'The Prom Queens.'
