BTS Jimin on 10th Anniversary: 'Wholeheartedly Happy with the Memories We Build with ARMY'
BTS member Jimin has openly shared his feelings on reaching the group's ten-year mark.
On the 13th, Jimin posted a lengthy letter on the fan community platform Weverse, opening with, "Wow, it's our 10th anniversary."
"From 19 years old when I first met you all, I am now 29. Sometimes it doesn't feel real," Jimin wrote, showing a mix of sentiments. "My heart still feels like I'm 19, but my body is now an adult. It's a bit strange. I used to wonder how we'd feel when we hit 10 or 20 years, but it doesn't seem too different. In fact, it feels good. I am wholly happy that something keeps building up with all of you."
He continued, "Honestly, I was a bit depressed at first when I felt like our time together had paused since last year. But that wasn't the case. It was just us thinking about each other from our places and continuously trying to figure out what we can do now. These things are all part of being together. So, these days, I am truly happy."
In conclusion, Jimin added, "As I've said to our ARMY several times, it's not something anyone can do to support and love us unconditionally and give us strength. So we feel so much how happy we are. I hope you all, who make us feel all these things, also feel overflowing happiness and love. Let's be happy for a long, long time."
On a related note, to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary, BTS released the digital single 'Take Two' on the 9th. On the 17th, the 'BTS 10th Anniversary FESTA' will be held at Yeouido Han River Park.

ARMYs, it's Jimin,
Wow, it's our 10th anniversary
When did all this time pass?
From the time I first met you all at 19 to now being 29, sometimes it doesn't feel real.
I'm an adult now too.
My heart still feels like I'm 19, but my body, haha....
It's a bit strange.
Anyway,
I just miss you.
I used to wonder how it would be when we hit 10 or 20 years, and it doesn't seem too different. Haha.
In fact, it feels good.
I was a bit emotional watching Jin's Suga-ta just now,
It's just good.
I am wholly happy because something keeps building up with all of you.
Maybe it's weird to say this,
but it's not like, "We've hit 1 year! 2 years! Wow!"
It's more like, "Wow, we've become like this."
No, not that, um... it's hard to express in words.
Since last year, at first, I was a bit depressed because it seemed like our time together had paused. But that wasn't it.
We were just thinking about each other from our places, trying to figure out what we can do now, and continuously attempting things. These are all part of being together.
So these days, I am truly happy.
Of course, I miss you more.
I'm curious about how you are doing and what worries you might have,
I'm sorry I haven't been able to reach out to you often.
But I'm thinking about you constantly.
I think I've said this a lot.
8 years can be long or short... 9 years... etc.
But approaching 10 years feels different.
It's something that's hard for anyone to ignore, and because of that, something more solid that we can understand and share.
Yes, I felt this.
I'm happy.
So I want to protect this relationship and work hard.
I've said this to our ARMY several times,
Supporting and loving us unconditionally and giving us strength is not something anyone can do.
So we feel so much how happy we are.
I hope you all, who make us feel all these things, also feel overflowing happiness and love.
You must.
You understand, right?
Always thankful and loving to our ARMY,
Let's be happy for a long, long time. haha.
