BLACKPINK's legion of international fans famously known as BLINKS seems to have a strong feeling that the American superstar singer, Ariana Grande, is the featured artist in the upcoming single of the quartet!

BLACKPINK, on July 23 at 9 AM, KST, has unveiled an intriguing teaser for their next single release in August. Along with the photo-teaser are the four superstars' vibrant looks over a big question mark with the word "featuring."

Right after the release of the teaser, BLINKS immediately took their twitter accounts and tried to solve the mystery as to who is the 'BIG' question mark that will be joining the group for their forthcoming single.

The eagle-eyed fans found an array of light as they spotted Ariana Grande liking the teaser image shared by Jennie on her personal Instagram, wrote SBS Star. Further supporting the fans' speculations, famous music producer Tommy Brown, who worked with Ariana Grande for several of her hit songs, also liked the said teaser on Instagram.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK's label, YG Entertainment, did not release any official statement confirming any speculations yet.

Per Soompi, YG Entertainment earlier revealed that BLACKPINK would be making a three-part comeback. With "How You Like That" in June culminating in the girls' first full-length album in September, the new single is BLACKPINK's second step for their most awaited comeback plan.

Moreover, with this most sought-after track releases of the quartet comes the solo breaks for the members later this year.

While most fans are hoping for Ariana Grande to be the featuring artist, some also wish that it would be G-Dragon of BigBang Fame or the international sensation- BTS, wrote StraitsTimes. "How great would it be if BLACKPINK will collaborate with the international K-pop phenomenon, BTS."

With Dua Lipa, who collaborated with BLACKPINK on 2018 with "Kiss and Makeup," and the Oscar Awardee Lady Gaga with "Sour Candy" earlier this year, any big international star is possible to team up with BLACKPINK anytime.
