Kakao TV confirmed Yoo Seon Ho to star for his first fantasy drama.

Yoo Seon Ho will appear in the original fantasy drama of Kakao TV 'Excellent Shaman Ga Doo Shim.' The drama of fantasy, mystery, and romance stars Kim Sae Ron as the 18-year-old Ga Doo Shim.

She was born with an undesired fate of becoming a shaman. Nam Da Reum will be playing as the golden boy Na Woo Soo. He had gained the unwanted ability to see evil spirits after meeting Ga Doo Shi.

Together, both of them must solve different mysteries to survive. Yoo Seon Ho joined that cast as the evil spirit of Hyun Soo back in high school. The spirit of Hyun Soo remained to be with Ga Doo Shim's side after the unfortunate death.

The show will show the transformation of Hyun Soo in detail as he depicts his life as a regular high school student and how he is possessed by the evil spirit. In an attempt to search for his mother, he is beginning to follow Ga Doo Shim around because she was present when he died.

By doing that, he unintentionally was involved in different mysterious cases. Viewers can look forward to the chemistry with Kim Sae Ron as they often bicker but ultimately get along like siblings.

Yoo Seon Ho commented that since it is his first fantasy drama, he is excited and looking forward to creating the project. He said that he would do his best while acting to be a drama that everyone would be enjoying.

The drama 'Excellent Shaman Ga Doo Shim' will be Yoo Seon Ho's first attempt to be part of a fantasy genre after appearing in other dramas like 'My Strange Hero,' 'Rebel Detectives,' and 'Undercover.'

Through this drama, he will be appearing as a spirit rather than a human, which will show off a different charm as he broadens his spectrum as an actor.
