While the accusations of Shin Minah towards her previous ILUV members remain, the company agreed to disclose conversations between the members and Minah to prove Mina's deceptions.

The conversations emitted to SBS revealed separate messages between Shin Minah and two other members, in which they seemed to be in close connections. Minah shared her love during a conversation with member A and the member paid back affection and appreciation for her.

In a later conversation, ILUV Member A does seem to be incredibly thankful to Minah. She and Minah seemed to mention her short break in another communication with a fellow second member. Everyone shared just how much they missed one another, and Minah confirmed that she would eventually come home to their dorm.

The managing label for the K-pop band ILUV has once reaffirmed again that Minah made up stories about the bullying controversy. They said they questioned the group members, but all of them had good relationships with Minah, which was entirely altered negatively by her in public.

Minah actively fought against the arguments of the company. Her lawyer talked to safeguard Minah as well.

Her counsel claimed that Minah has proven that she has been harassed and bullied since she was a trainee. "I examined at facts that Shin Minah has, and I thought it was significant enough for the court to conclude that it was still bullying. Nevertheless, I don't think her previous managing label is credible and honest with its statements. I sincerely believe that since she was a new hire, she has indeed been bullied." (via Koreaboo)

Minah suffers from mental distress due to the abuse she has endured. As the company still dares to disagree with all her claims, she took on the professional help of a lawyer to help defend her narrative.

Meanwhile, ILUV's agency is preparing the debut of BOTOPASS, a girl band that will include former ILUV members.
