WJSN-CHOCOME Delivers Enlivening MV Teaser For Debut Album 'HMPH!'
Cosmic Girls, best known as WJSN, has introduced its first sub-unit to be called CHOCOME. The unit comprises four lovely WJSN members, namely Yeoreum, Luda, Dayoung, and Soobin.
With the hype brought by the upcoming WJSN unit, the quartet has been actively dropping teasers for its debut since they were introduced. From the retro-classical theme to the girls transforming to candy girls, CHOCOME has shared its first music video teaser for its album’s lead single of the same name.
As per Hellokpop, CHOCOME’s home management and recording label, Starship Entertainment, made known the highly-awaited music video teaser in the form of a video clip. It was uploaded on the agency’s official Youtube channel on October 4 (Sunday).
Fans of WJSN and CHOCOME couldn't help themselves but gush over the girls' gorgeous and sophisticated looks on the clip. Specifically, the WJSN quartet graced the video snippet as innocent and charming classic ladies, showing its distinct auras as a unit.
Moreover, the music video teaser does not just hold a single concept but also shows a wide array of themes and inspiration, starting from the classical idea to the sweet and sultry image of themselves.
To spice the video clip, it tags along in an upbeat instrumental that raises the fans' and viewers' anticipation level if the revealed melody is HMPH! 's beat and rhythm.
HMPH! is a track that is expected to exude the beauty and charms of the K-pop quartet. Seo Yongbae and Kim Do-hoon hail as the song's lyricists.
For starters, WJSN made its way to the K-pop music scene in 2016. Since then, the K-pop all-girl group has delivered unique concepts and mystifying tracks through their music releases.
For the time being, HMPH! by WJSN-CHOCOME will be made available on October 7 (Wednesday), which also comes with the full music video of the album of the same title.
