Former lovers, singer Nam Tae-hyun and influencer Seo Min-jae, were spotted at court attending a warrant examination in succession.

On the 18th, they were scheduled for a preliminary hearing at 10:30 AM at the Seoul Western District Court for suspected violations of the Act on the Control of Narcotics.

Nam Tae-hyun arrived at the court at around 9:52 AM. Dressed in all black and wearing a mask, he was questioned by reporters about the accusations of Philopon drug use, to which he briefly responded, "I'm sorry," before quickly heading inside the court.

Following him, Seo Min-jae appeared at the court at around 9:56 AM, four minutes later. When asked by reporters whether she acknowledged the accusations, she lowered her head and admitted, "I acknowledge the accusations."

In addition, Seo Min-jae's attorney expressed that they would "sincerely cooperate with the investigation" regarding the allegations.

Previously, the Seoul Yongsan Police Station applied for arrest warrants against Nam Tae-hyun and Seo Min-jae for suspected violations of the Act on the Control of Narcotics.

Last August, Seo Min-jae, who appeared on Channel A's 'Heart Signal Season 3,' posted on her social media, "Nam Tae-hyun does Philopon. And there are used syringes in my room or company cabinet. And he hits me," and "Nam Tae-hyun and I are drug addicts."

Following this, Nam Tae-hyun confessed his relationship with Seo Min-jae and said, "There was a fight between us, but we reconciled well. I am sincerely sorry to have caused so many people to worry about a personal issue."

Nam Tae-hyun was active in the group WINNER from 2014 to 2016, and after leaving, he formed and is currently active in the band South Club. Seo Min-jae became known after appearing on Channel A's 'Heart Signal Season 3' in 2020.
